How to retrieve and send e-mail using the web interface

In the event that your email program is not working, there is an alternative until it can be fixed.

You can also use this feature if you are away from your computer on a business trip, vacation, etc.  All you need is the internet!

On the internet, go to this address:

http://www.<your domain here>/webmail

At the prompt that pops up, type in this info for the username and password:

Username à  <your email username>@your domain.com  <-- ie, jschmo@cnn.com

Password à  <your email password>

Next, you will get to a screen with 3 choices on it.  Select the one that says NEOMAIL

The screen will change to show you your mailbox.  Navigate around and if you don’t know what an icon is used for (like which one is the reply icon, etc) just have the mouse hover over the button and it will tell you.

DO NOT delete anything here……..When your email program works again on your home computer (or if it works already and you just want to get messages while you are away from home), you will still be able to get those emails even though you have “read” them online. 

IMPORTANT!!!  If you delete anything while in this interface, they are gone.  You will not be able to call them back from your home machine, and we will not be able to get them back for you.  Be careful.
